Slimming World week seven – meal plan and results

After last weeks weigh in I haven’t been feeling as confident with Slimming World, and to be honest went off plan a few times. But, despite doing that the scales were on my side this week and I have lost another 2lbs!

 

My weekly Slimming World meal plan

Like all my previous weeks plans my HEXA has been milk for my cups of tea. All my other drinks have been water or no-added sugar fruit cordial, so all syn free.

 

Day One (46 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars
  • Baked beans with scrambled eggs
  • Shepherds pie, made with minced beef, onions and carrot, suede and potato mash
  • Melon and fat free yoghurt as snacks
  • 1 bottle of prosecco (30 syns) 2 Pimms and lemonade (16 syns)

Day Two (3.5 syns)

  • 2 Alpen light cereal bars
  • Cheeseburger with wholemeal breadbun, light cheddar cheese and tomato relish (3.5 syns)
  • Fat free yoghurt

Day Three (7.5 syns)

  • 2 wheetabix with semi-skimmed milk
  • Bacon and scrambled eggs with tomato ketchup (1 syn)
  • Tunnock caramel wafer (6.5 syns)

Day Four (0.5 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars
  • Scrambled eggs and baked beans
  • Jacket potato with cottage cheese
  • Melon, apple, fat free yoghurt and sugar free jelly (0.5 syns) as snacks

Day Five (6 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars
  • Scrambled eggs and baked beans
  • Slimming World chicken tikka masala with boiled rice
  • Melon, fat free yoghurt, Penguin biscuit (5.5 syns) and sugar free jelly (0.5 syns) as snacks

Day Six (6.5 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars
  • Pasta with spinach
  • Chilli con carne, made with extra lean minced beef, kidney beans, tomatoes and chilli powder, with boiled rice
  • Melon, fat free yoghurt, sugar free jelly (0.5 syns) and lemon mini muffin (6 syns)

Day Seven (23 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars
  • 1/4 Marks and Spencer’s cheese and onion quiche (12)
  • Diet cola chicken with boiled rice
  • Jam doughnut (11 syns) and fat free yoghurt

Two days this week, as you can see, I really went off plan! I had a girly night in with my friend so alcohol played a huge part in that. And we have had lots of treats in the office this week which have been hard to resist.

 

Next weeks plan

I am having a girls night out this weekend so that will be another blip this week but I am determined to stick to plan the rest of the week!

I have booked this coming week off as holiday with my group. It’s half term and I have the week off work with Ellie so we have lots of things planned, hopefully this doesn’t mean I slip back into bad habits though.
