It is no secret that I love eating out and finding new places to eat. One of my favourite courses is always desserts. In fact the dessert section is usually the first thing I look at. So Kaspa’s Desserts in Leeds is always going to be a huge hit with me. Kaspa’s is a dessert house serving desserts, milkshakes, ice-cream and gelato. They have branches all over the UK with more opening soon. The Kaspa’s Desserts in Leeds is on the top floor of The Core. It looks very American diner-y with big comfy booths and a long bar for ordering. It is all black, bright pink and glittery so it’s really eye catching as you walk past.
The White Rose Centre in Leeds has been undergoing a transformation recently. A big extension now houses lots of new restaurants. The new Wagamama at the White Rose Centre is the shop I have been most excited about. Despite being a huge Japanese food fan, I’ve never eaten at Wagamama before. Fortunately I was invited down to try it out for myself and see the new summer menu. Steve Mangleshot, the executive chef for Wagamama, was also there to talk us through the menu.
Wagamama at the White Rose Centre is set in the new, outdoor, section. It looks stunning and is just perfect for sitting outside for a meal on a summery day.
Jamie’s Italian is somewhere I have been wanting to try for the longest time but have never got around to. So when an email asking if I would like to try the new Super Lunch menu at the Leeds branch dropped in my inbox, naturally I said yes immediately! The Jamie’s Italian Super Lunch menu runs Monday – Friday 12-6. You can have two courses for £11.95 or three courses for £13.95.
