Slimming World week six – meal plan and results

This week I was spurred on by my 2 lb weight loss at Slimming World last week and had tried to have another good week. I was at a blogging event one night this week and turned down the cocktails and buffet there. Unfortunately despite keeping to plan I only lost half a pound when I got weighed which was so disappointing!

My weekly Slimming World meal plan

Like previous weeks I’ve used 250ml of semi skimmed milk every day as my HEXA for my hot drinks. All other drinks have been syn free.

Day One (2.5 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars HEXB
  • Leftover pasta bake, made with pasta, tomatoes, onion, peppers and light cheddar cheese (2 syns)
  • Diet coke chicken with rice
  • Melon, fat free yoghurt and sugar free jelly (0.5 syns) as snacks

Day Two (12.5 syns)

  • 2 Benefit light cereal bars HEXB
  • Leftover pasta bake (2 syns)
  • Bacon and scrambled eggs with tomato ketchup (1 syn)
  • Melon, fat free yoghurt, 2 rich tea biscuits (4 syns) and a penguin bar (5.5 syns) as snacks

Day Three (12.5 syns)

  • Fat free yoghurt
  • Aldi pasta & sauce macaroni cheese (3.5 syns)
  • Chilli and corriander beef burger with light cheese slice (2.5 syns) in wholemeal bread bun HEXB
  • Toffee poppets (6.5 syns)

Day Four (13.5 syns)

  • 2 Alpen light bars HEXB
  • Aldi pasta & sauce macaroni cheese (3.5 syns)
  • Bacon and scrambled eggs with tomato ketchup (1 syn)
  • Toffee poppets (6.5 syns) orea biscuit (2.5 syns)

Day Five (3 syns)

  • 2 Alpen light bars HEXB
  • Crustless quiche made with eggs, cottage cheese, tomato, onions, peppers and bacon and salad
  • Spaghetti bolognaise made with extra lean minced beef, tomatoes, onion and herbs
  • Melon, fat free yoghurt, sugar free jelly (0.5 syns) and oreo biscuit (2.5 syns)

Day Six (5.5 syns)

  • 2 Alpen light bars HEXB
  • Crustless quiche and salad
  • Jacket potato with left over bolognaise
  • Melon, apple, fat free yoghurt, sugar free jelly (0.5 syns) and 2 oreo biscuits (5 syns)

Day Seven (5 syns)

  • 2 Alpen light bars HEXB
  • Crustless quiche and salad
  • Diet coke chicken with rice
  • Melon, apple, fat free yoghurt and 2 oreo biscuits (5 syns)

Next weeks plan

Despite only loosing half a pound this week, I have still lost weight which is good! So this week I’m going to trust in the Slimming World plan and keep at it and hopefully at my next weight in the scales will be kinder to me.
